The 5th transnational project meeting of the project named “The Journey of Unemployed Adults from Financial Literacy to Entrepreneurship (JAFLE),” supported within the scope of the 2021 Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships in Adult Education by the Turkish National Agency under the project number 2021-1-TR01-KA220-ADU-000033446, was conducted virtually on January 18, 2024.
In the project coordinated by Manisa Celal Bayar University, partners included E-School (Greece), Formative Footprint (Spain), Klaipedos Valstybine Kolegijakvk (Lithuania), and Financial Literacy Association (FODER). In the project team of Manisa Celal Bayar University, Prof. Dr. Hatice YURTSEVER served as the coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pınar PEHLİVAN, and Dr. Lecturer Lale YAKUPOĞLU as researchers.
The project aims to create an innovative financial literacy training program that incorporates entrepreneurship and digital literacy, thus enhancing adults’ access to the labor market and promoting employment opportunities.
During the final online meeting, a summary of the overall project was presented, and attention was given to any outstanding activities from the project. Additionally, details of the multiplier event to be held in Manisa and other partner countries were discussed.
The project, initiated in February 2022 and spanning 24 months, is expected to be completed by the end of February 2024.
